Definition (keystage 2)
A number which reads the same backwards as forwards.
The numbers: 2332, 121, 646 and 22 are all examples of numbers which are palindromes.
It is possible to have palindromic words E.g. MUM, RADAR, LEVEL, and palindromic sentences, of which possibly the best known ones are:
"Able was I ere I saw Elba"
"A man, a plan, a canal, Panama"
"No lemons, no melon"
